What is Inked?
Inked is a memorabilia company specializing in private autograph signings with actors across film, TV, and pop culture. We give fans access to authentic signed items at affordable prices.
Are the autographs authentic?
Yes — we only use trusted COA providers: Beckett, JSA, PSA/DNA, Fanatics, SWAU, and ACOA. 99% of items include a Beckett or JSA COA. Some authenticators are transitioning to sticker-only verification.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — interest-free installments via Shop Pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We cannot ship items that resemble weapons (swords, knives, prop guns, etc.), even if fake.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items usually ship in 1–3 business days. Delays may occur if we are traveling for a signing.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is automatically emailed once your order ships.
What is your return & refund policy?
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Pre-orders and private signings are non-refundable once placed. Full policy available on our Returns page.
How do pre-orders work?
You purchase before the signing. We get it signed, authenticate it, then ship once completed.
When will my pre-order ship?
Usually 1–2 weeks after the signing.
Can I request inscriptions / personalization?
Yes. Some actors charge additional fees for customizations like character names, quotes, and sketches.
What if a signing gets delayed or cancelled?
If cancelled, we issue full refunds. Delays under 12 months are not refundable; 12+ months are eligible for refund.
Can I send in my own item?
Yes — most signing events allow send-ins.
How do send-ins work?
- Purchase a send-in slot on the product page.
- Follow email instructions (or visit Send-In Instructions page).
- Ship your item with your order number attached.
- We get it signed, authenticated, and ship it back.
How should I package my item?
Use a protector and place a sticky note with your order number on it. If you don’t provide a protector, we don't add one when returning it.
What if my send-in is damaged during shipping?
If damaged shipping to us, you file the claim. If damaged on return, we file it. Extra protection insurance is offered at checkout; without it, coverage is limited to $100.
Do you run auctions?

Can I change my shipping address?

How do you package collectibles?
Items ship protected (protectors, toploaders, bubble wrap). For send-ins, we return exactly what you provided.
Do items include a COA?
Yes — every signed item includes third-party authentication.
