Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Inked (Steill LLC). We take pride in packaging autographed items securely and ensuring your order arrives safely.
1. Processing & Handling Time

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During private signings or convention events, processing time may be extended.
If delays occur, we will notify you by email.
Pre-orders and send-ins do not follow standard processing time.
Those items ship after the signing is completed and the item has been authenticated.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Orders ship via:

USPS
-
UPS
-
FedEx
We choose the carrier based on speed, cost efficiency, and destination.
Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order has shipped.
3. International Shipping
We do ship internationally; however:

We cannot ship anything that resembles a weapon, including:
-
Swords
-
Knives
-
Guns (prop or replica)
-
Blades of any kind
-
Even if the item is a fake prop, customs may seize the package, so we are unable to accept or ship those items outside the U.S.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT taxes, or import fees required by their country.
4. Send-Ins (Customer Items Sent to Us)
For customers participating in a private signing send-in:

You are responsible for shipping your item to us securely.

We highly recommend shipping with insurance.

If your protective case/toploader is labeled with your order number, it will be returned to you.

If you do not ship in a protector, we do not provide one when shipping back.
If your item is damaged or lost on the way to us, you must file a claim with your chosen shipping carrier.
If the item is damaged or lost on the way back to you, we will file the claim with our carrier.
5. Shipping Insurance
You may add shipping insurance at checkout.

If insurance is purchased, your order is covered up to its full value in the event of damage or loss.

If insurance is not added, any reimbursement for lost or damaged packages is limited to $100, regardless of order value.
6. Incorrect or Change of Address
If you entered the wrong address or need to update it:

or submit a message through our contact form.
Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-delivery:

We will contact you once it arrives back at our facility.

Additional postage may be required to reship.
7. Tracking Shows Delivered, But You Didn’t Receive It
If tracking shows “Delivered,” but you cannot locate the package:

Verify the shipping address on your order

Check with neighbors / front desk / parcel lockers

Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number
We will assist with carrier claims but we are not responsible for reimbursement or replacement if the carrier confirms delivery unless shipping insurance was purchased.
8. Pre-Orders & Private Signings
Pre-orders do not ship immediately.
They ship after the signing, authentication, and inspection process is completed.
Estimated timelines are shown on product pages but are not guaranteed, as talent scheduling may change.
9. Multiple Items in One Order
All items in an order ship together when possible.
If you need items shipped separately:
