Refund Policy

At Inked, we take pride in delivering authentic autographed memorabilia and exclusive private signing experiences. Every order is handled with care and authenticity.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — untampered, unopened, and including all original materials such as COAs and packaging.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.


WHEN A REFUND APPLIES

Full Refund (including shipping):

  • The item arrives damaged during transit (postal claim must be filed before refund issuance)

  • The item is not as described, including cases where:

    • The wrong item or autograph was sent

    • The included COA or authenticity documentation is missing or incorrect

Refund of Purchase Price Minus Shipping:

  • The item’s quality or description does not match what was listed, such as:

    • The listed condition was inaccurate (e.g., “mint” but visibly flawed)

    • The autograph or product differs significantly from photos or description

    • The wrong variant, print, or edition was received

Refund Minus 15% Restocking Fee & Shipping:

  • You changed your mind about the purchase

  • You’re unhappy with the item for personal or aesthetic reasons

Items sold “as damaged” or listed with known flaws are not eligible for refunds.


PRE-ORDERS & PRIVATE SIGNINGS

Because pre-orders and private signings are scheduled and often customized, all pre-orders are non-refundable once placed.
In select cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Exceptions:

  • If a paid inscription request is not completed during a signing, you’ll receive a refund for the inscription fee only, not for the full order.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Marker color differences

    • Signature placement variations

    • Inscriptions not completed unless paid for as a guaranteed add-on


SIGNING DELAYS

We understand that talent schedules can change.
If a signing date is postponed, please note:

  • Delays under 12 months from the original signing date do not qualify for a refund.

  • If a signing is delayed 12 months or longer, you may request a full refund of your pre-order.

  • Customers will be notified via email if significant scheduling changes occur.


SHIPPING INSURANCE

Customers have the option to add shipping insurance during checkout on pre-orders and other purchases.

  • If shipping insurance is purchased, full coverage applies in the event of loss or damage during transit.

  • If shipping insurance is declined, any damaged or lost item during shipment will be eligible for a maximum reimbursement of $100, regardless of the item’s value.

  • Filing a postal or carrier claim is required before any refund is processed.


GENERAL TERMS

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.

  • Returns may be denied if the item has been handled, altered, or removed from its protective packaging.

  • Mystery boxes are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
